The management unit provides essential support to VRAIN's research groups, facilitating project execution, innovation activities, and technology transfer operations.

Governance Structure

VRAIN operates under a robust governance framework designed to ensure research excellence and institutional accountability:

Institute Council: The primary governing body overseeing strategic decisions and institutional policies.

Scientific-Technical Committee: A delegated body of the Institute Council responsible for scientific strategy, research quality assurance, and technical oversight.

Administrative Unit: Supporting all administrative operations, financial management, and institutional logistics.

These governing bodies, in coordination with the Research, Innovation and Transfer Management Unit and the Administrative Area, provide the necessary infrastructure and support for VRAIN's eight research groups to carry out their activities effectively.
