AI, privacy, and security encompass the critical intersection of artificial intelligence with cybersecurity, data protection, and ethical computing. At VRAIN, our research addresses security challenges from two complementary perspectives: applying AI techniques to enhance cybersecurity, and ensuring that AI systems themselves are secure, private, and trustworthy.
We develop AI-powered systems for threat detection and cyber defense, as well as methods to protect AI models from adversarial attacks and ensure they handle sensitive data responsibly. Our work includes designing cryptographic protocols for secure access control and electronic voting systems, ensuring anonymous and verifiable voting processes while maintaining system integrity. We also develop secure multi-agent systems with built-in trust mechanisms and create privacy-preserving machine learning techniques that protect sensitive information throughout the AI lifecycle.
In an era where AI systems process vast amounts of personal and sensitive data, our research ensures that these technologies can be deployed safely and ethically while maintaining user privacy, system integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
