Formerly known as CLAIRE, CAIRNE brings together the majority of Europe's AI research community around the principles of trustworthy and human-centred artificial intelligence. VRAIN is an active member, contributing to European AI research through this pan-European network.

EFFRA - European Factories of the Future Research Association
Industry-driven association promoting advanced manufacturing and factories of the future across Europe. VRAIN contributes to research on innovative production technologies and digital transformation.
BDVA - Big Data Value Association
BDVA is a founding member of ADRA (AI, Data and Robotics Association), the private partner in the AI, Data and Robotics Partnership under Horizon Europe. VRAIN collaborates on big data technologies and data-driven AI applications across sectors.

RENIC - National Network for Cybersecurity Research Excellence
Spain's national network for cybersecurity research excellence. VRAIN contributes to research on AI applications for cybersecurity and privacy protection.
AIOTI - Alliance for AI, IoT and Edge Continuum Innovation
European alliance for IoT and edge computing research and innovation. VRAIN develops AI technologies for Internet of Things and edge computing applications.
NESSI - Networked European Software and Services Initiative
European initiative promoting research and innovation in software, data, and digital services. VRAIN participates in this network, contributing to the development of European software and services ecosystems.
Regional Innovation Alliance
Inndromeda - Innovating Technology Alliance of the Valencian Community
Alliance bringing together businesses, universities, technology centres, and public administrations in the Valencian Community to promote technology transfer and innovative technologies. VRAIN contributes to regional innovation capacity through this network as part of UPV's institutional membership.
Scientific Unit for Technology Development
As part of UCIE (Unidad Científica de Innovación Empresarial), VRAIN collaborates with IVACE+i (Valencian Institute for Competitiveness and Innovation) and European Union funding programmes to transfer AI innovations to the industrial network, with particular focus on small and medium-sized enterprises throughout the Valencian Community.

Through these networks, VRAIN maintains active research collaborations with institutions across Europe, participates in international research projects, and contributes to European AI research agendas on responsible and trustworthy artificial intelligence.
